  24 x 7 Emergency On-Site Service

The 24 x 7 emergency on-site service support helps to minimize potential downtime in your mission-critical facility at times of emergency due to unforeseen situation. All System Engineer are on standby mode round the clock and will be mobilized to site upon emergency service activation. Our Service Level Agreement can be customized for different groups of customer’s requirement so as to fulfill their internal service level directives for their own operation or for compliance to their clientele service requirements.
